Both domestic and international shipments are sent with FedEx and are complimentary of Safeguard.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is received by our warehouse. All Shipping Labels will be generated after you receive your order confirmation, therefore we kindly ask to allow 24 hours before tracking your parcel.
All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in the UK.
The recipient of the goods will be legally responsible for the import of the shipment and therefore may be subject to the payment of any customs, taxes or fees that may occur.
We, the exporter, have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We would encourage you to contact your local customs office before placing your order or for further information.
Products are aimed to be dispatched within 2-3 workings days, Larger multiple item orders may take longer (upto 7 days) to be dispatched. Please note this excludes weekends and any bank holidays.
All payments made by bank transfer will be mean the product(s) will not be dispatched until the payment has been received and cleared.
We will keep you updated on your delivery if any problems arise, usually via email.
All items purchased from us are eligiable for a full refund if the items are unworn, undamaged and are returned to us in the condition they were sent. Please note we do not refund delivery charges unless an error was made in the item by us.
Items returned due to size issues will also not include the delivery being refunded unless the wrong size was stated on the advert.
Refunds and exchanges are only allowed to be made within a 30 day period after purchasing from us. Please ensure all goods are packaged safely and any relevant forms are sent back.
Please Note All Funds Sent back to the buyer upon refund will be sent to the Credit/Debit Card on which payment was made.
