All of orders are shipped using FedEx’s Express Service. We aim to ship all orders out within 24 hours. Your package can be tracked via the FedEx website, and details for tracking will be sent to you via email once the order has been dispatched. custom orders, large orders or orders with items out of stock may take upto 7 days to be processed.
Once dispatched, SafeGuard Clothing® is no longer responsible for your item; any delays or losses are the sole responsibility of FedEx. After the item has left our depot FedEx will be responsible for your delivery. Item(s) will be dispatched as quickly as possible, and you will be given an estimated delivery time, though this is dependent on FedEx. If there are any problems with your delivery you can contact us and we will speak with FedEx on your behalf.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or unavailable for any reason you will be contacted immediately via telephone or email.
