All orders are shipped using FedEx Express Service and we aim to be delivered within 2 working days. Your package can be tracked via the FedEx website, and details for tracking will be sent to you via email once the order has been processed. Custom vests, large orders and items that are not in stock may take up to 7 days to process. If there is a delay or you would like more information about the status of your order, please contact us.
After the item has left our depot, FedEx will be responsible for any delays, damage or loss of your shipment. Item(s) will be dispatched as quickly as possible, and you will be given an estimated delivery time, though this is dependent on FedEx. If you there are any problems with your delivery you can contact us and we will speak with FedEx on your behalf.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or unavailable for any reason you will be contacted immediately via telephone or email.
