All of orders are shipped using FedEx’s Express Service. Your package can be tracked via the FedEx website, and details for tracking will be sent to you via email once the order has been processed. Please note that shipping labels are created when the order is processed, and items are not always shipped on that day. Custom vests and large orders may take several days to process. If there is a delay or you would like more information about the status of your order, please contact us.
Once dispatched, SafeGuard Clothing® is no longer responsible for your item; any delays or losses are the sole responsibility of FedEx. After the item has left our depot FedEx will be responsible for your delivery. Item(s) will be dispatched as quickly as possible, and you will be given an estimated delivery time, though this is dependent on FedEx. If you there are any problems with your delivery you can contact us and we will speak with FedEx on your behalf.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or unavailable for any reason you will be contacted immediately via telephone or email.
