Which vests include SAPI Pockets?

What is the difference between spike protection and stab protection?

Spike protection relates to protection from spike threats such as screwdrivers, knitting needles etc.

Stab protection relates to protection from bladed weapons, such as knives.

What size should I order?

Please see our 'choosing sizes section' on our top navigation bar.

To select your base size (small, medium, etc) you should use the chest size which is inclusive or larger than your actual chest size (eg if your chest size is 44.5 inches, select size XL).

Although it is not necessary to do so, providing additional sizing information will increase the likelihood that your vest will fit you.

Any measurements provided will be used by our team when creating your vest.

You may append the following to your order in the comments box:
- Overall Height
- Chest Size (distance around the widest part of the chest)
- Sternum length (distance between the top of the chest bone/base of the neck, and belly button).
- Any other sizing information you think necessary.

If you provide all of this information, and the vest still does not fit, please return the vest and we will refund or replace, as necessary.

What do you mark the shipments as?

We mark all clothing as "clothing", and all body armor as "protective clothing - vest". The customer is liable for any additional charges raised by third parties.

Do you make vests for children?

Our shortest male vests are 10.5 inches tall from the bottom of the neckline to the base of the panel. Some of our female vests may be even shorter.

We are able to use these panels to make any of the vests on our websites.

Do you sell to resellers?

Our prices for re-sellers are the same as those for customers. Any small orders you wish to place can be placed through our website

Orders of a substantial size may be subject to discount. However, this will depend upon the number and style of vests ordered.

For specific quotes, please provide as full details as you are able to info@safeguardclothing.com
