Ballistic plates are designed to stop a rifle round. They are life saving devices that can be added to any bulletproof vest to give someone the added protection they need when in a situation where rifles are being used. There are many different levels of ballistic plates and it is important for someone to be sure that they are wearing the right level of protection for the situation they are facing. If someone is not wearing a high enough level of protection, it could cause them to lose their life. The plates can be added and removed from the vests at the wearer’s discretion.
